Collective Alpha IQ assessment measures Organizational Intelligence or diversity. It is designed to establish the potential collective intelligence of an organization and/or its teams. The calculation of the measure uses the traditional measure of ecosystem diversity, Simpson’s index, that measures the probability that two randomly selected individuals from a sample will be the same. A high Collective Alpha IQ is indicative of a high level of different group perspectives and high potential team collective intelligence.
Collective Alpha EQ assessment measures the Organizational Effectiveness in leveraging the collective intelligence or the inclusion. The index measures how sensitive an individual and an organization or group is to differences, and how well those differences operates within that entity. Collective Alpha EQ is established by calculating individual responses to a series of collective intelligence questions. An organization's overall Collective Alpha EQ is the mathematical average of the score of its individual members. A high Collective Alpha EQ is indicative of a high performing team where collective intelligence is well managed.
