Combinate Capital’s collective intelligence leadership training is suited for: C-suite executives and board members, mentors, start-ups and teams at established companies, capital allocators and fund managers.

Combinate Capital has developed a unique leadership training and measurement program, designed to increase the overall intelligence of organizations and groups. The programs consist of a staged roadmap of micro-interventions that successively expand individual and group zone of comfort with leveraging collective intelligence. These programs help businesses and investors achieve more robust, sustainable, and profitable outcomes.

As pictured above, we use a roadmap of staged competency levels that are analogous to “Judo Belt” rankings: Level 0 white, Level 1 yellow, Level 2 orange, Level 3 green, Level 4 blue, Level 5 purple, Level 6 brown. These stages of competency are called Combinate Alpha-Levels; each level provides a minimal set of training “nudges” (or incremental but significant behavioral changes) to reach the next level of competency.
